Show dates:
- Saturday July 31: enter from 8.30am, showtime 10am to 5pm
- Sunday August 1: enter from 7.30am, showtime 9am to 5pm
- Enter both days, or either day, your choice.
Tickets:
- DRIVER tickets are $15 for driver and car or bike (no additional charge for the vehicle).
- Anyone else in the vehicle has to have an ADULT or TEEN ticket.
Entry Gate:
- Drive in on the Smith Street driveway, near Cleveland High School.
Public Parking:
- Regular vehicles can park in the Public Car Park, entry via Long Street, Cleveland
Show Rules:
- No car movement during show.
- No BYO. No animals. No anti-social attitude.
- Drivers and clubs are welcome to leave their vehicles on display overnight.
- Security provided overnight. All care but no responsibility taken by show organisers.
- Strictly no camping allowed (vehicles may stay, but people may not sleep in vehicles).
- Club displays welcome. Yes, you can bring shade and chairs. Shade tents must be pegged or weighted to the ground.

Vehicle Movement Rules:
- Public safety regulations set by the Redland City Council state that once you park your vehicle, you must keep it stationary.
- As show organisers, we will follow the Council guidelines in order to bring you a safe and event for both vehicles and spectators.
- To depart the show, a show marshal must usher you out. Vehicles can leave "on the hour" at either 2pm, 3pm, 4pm or 5pm.
- Restricting the vehicle movement to "on the hour" greatly reduces the risk of any potential accident between a vehicle and a pedestrian.
Trophies:
- Trophy presentation is 3:30pm on Sunday.
- To enter the comp, register your vehicle when you order your ticket in advance, or register on the day at the gate. You don’t need to be on display both days to enter for a trophy, entries are accepted for both days.
