Pete Cullen & The Hurt

Pete Cullen blazes his Soulful Outlaw Country Trail, with hard rockin' shows full of sweat and swagger.  He and his songs are real, a testament to his wild heart and honest soul.

In 2019 Pete Cullen released his 5th album High Tide.  The groovin’ southern gospel track Peace Love was premiered on Double J and also featured on Triple J Roots N All as well as community radio around Australia.

Pete Cullen has been featured on MTV, CMC and RAGE and have had high rotation on Triple J, ABC National, 4ZZZ, Triple R, PBS, FBI and various community radio stations across Australia.   Pete Cullen and his band featured as the resident band at Leftys Music Hall and have appeared alongside You Am I, Spiderbait, Busby Marou, Henry Wagons, Troy Cassar-Daley and the Hoodoo Gurus.  They have performed at Blues On Broadbeach, The Gympie Muster, Tamworth Country Music festival and Groundwater Festival.  Pete Cullen also wrote and recorded the Young Henrys Beer Song that was used in an advertising campaign in 2017.
