| Open Air Site (with car space) $110 This is the most popular site for booking. Each site is 3.5m x 3.5m. Vendors bring their own marquee. Two sites are available - the main ones are situated around the perimeter of the hot rod show. Each site can accommodate one regular size vehicle behind the site. Sites face inwards towards the hot rod show. Sites 12-19 / 22 - 29 / 32 - 39 / 52 - 59 / 62 - 79 / 82 - 89. The additional sites are in the South Field where the kids rides are. Sites 130 - 135, unless booked out. |

| Open Air Corner Site (with car space) $150 A limited number of corner sites are open for booking. Each site is 3.5m x 3.5m. Vendors bring their own marquee. Sites are situated at the end of each row segment surrounding the perimeter of the hot rod show. Each site can accommodate one regular size vehicle behind the site. Sites are situated on the north west side of show ring, close to the GreazeFest merchandise stall. Each site can accommodate one regular size vehicle behind the site. Sites face inwards towards the hot rod show. Sites 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 unless booked out. |

| Marquee Site (no car space) $280 These sites are for vendors who require a marquee to be provided by GreazeFest. Each site is 3m x 3m. Each site is a corner site. Sites are situated in clusters of four at the northern end of the hot rod show field. None of these sites have room for a vehicle. Vendors can access their site by vehicle, but MUST MOVE THEIR VEHICLE PRIOR TO 9AM. Sites 101, 102, 103, 104, 105, 106, 107, 108, 109, 110, 111, 112, 113, 114, 115 unless booked out. |

| Trestle Table ($20 + $60 bond per table) $80 Trestle tables can be hired for the markets at a cost of $20 each. Trestles must be hired in advance. Additional tables are not available to hire on the day. Vendors who wish to hire a trestle table must pay a security bond of $60 per table. The trestle table bond is fully refundable to the vendor upon return of the table. The bond will be refunded by cheque within 7 days after the market date, via Australia Post. |
