The GreazeFest is well known for its huge market village. The next GreazeFest market day is:

   Sunday, August 5, 2012

The GreazeFest displays over 140 stalls featuring vintage wares, rockabilly clothing, automobilia, artwork, tattoos, records, cds and posters, tikis, stickers, photography, hair grease and hair accessories, kool kids wear, tshirts, creepers and boots, model cars, hand bags and jewellery, sunglasses, books and anything else cool and or collectible!

Bookings

Vendors, if you wish to hold a stall at GreazeFest, the stalls will be open shortly. We are installing a new system to process your bookings. Thank you for your patience in waiting for the bookings to open.

Vendors who have held stalls previously will be given an opportunity to book a similar stall prior to the the sites being open to the public.

For first-timers, please register your interest in a stall by sending an email to gf@robot.com.au with your contact and stall details.

Changes for GreazeFest 2012

Please note the following improvements to the layout at GreazeFest this year:

1. All market stalls will be positioned on the main oval.
2. Additional stalls have been added to the oval to accommodation the demand for stalls.
3. All food vendors will be positioned on the second oval.
4. A new access walkway is being built between the two ovals.
5. Both ovals have been recently loamed and have new turf growing.

Hairdressers | Make Up Artists | Photographers

A newly renovated buiding (next to the grandstand) is being set up for hairdressers, make up artists and photography vendors. These sites will have access to lighting, power, plumbing and shade.

Food Vendors

Please note these sites DO NOT apply for food, drinks or catering. The catering opportunities for GreazeFest are closed.



GreazeFest Market Conditions
   

Venue:


Rocklea Showground, corner Ipswich Road Service Road and Goburra St, Rocklea.

Rocklea Showground is the new home of the GreazeFest Hot Rod Show. The showground is situated just 11km south of Brisbane city.

Trading Hours:

One day trading only - Sunday August 5, 2012.

Hours from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Set up from 6.00am

Access:

Vendors will be issued with one vehicle entry pass per booking + two entry tickets per single site
eg - single site = one vehicle + two people; double site = one vehicle + four people. If you require a second vehicle with your booking, please advise us in the comments section of your booking.

Vendor access is between 6am and 9am on Sunday.

Vendors are to use the Goburra Street driveway for entry into the site.

Vendors are not permitted to camp on site overnight. If you require access prior to the market date, please make prior arrangement by emailing gf@robot.com.au.

Vehicles:

It is imperative that vendors are aware of driveways and emergency access roads for the festival and these roads be kept clear at all times.

Vendors must not stop or park in driveways or gates causing access to be blocked.

Vendors must not block the race track with their vehicle.

Vendors will be issued with one vehicle entry pass per booking, see notes above.

Vendors must keep their vehicle stationary between 9am and 5pm.

Vendors with trucks are recommended to book two sites.

Vendors driving a pre-1973 vehicle, may park their vehicle in the hot rod display if appropriate.

Stall presentation and safety:

Marquees and any other additional shade items must be pegged securely into the ground.

Marquees, clothing racks and stands must be kept within the boundary of the site.

Sandwich boards, stands and clothes racks are to be arranged in appropriate manner so as not to create eye hazards and tripping traps. Mannequins are to be secured so they do not fall over.

Strictly no animals are permitted on site.

Vendors must remove all rubbish from their site and will leave the site in it's original condition

The use of recycled and / or biodegradable bags and packaging is encouraged.

Power:

Power is not provided to sites.

Vendors may bring a small generator for use on sites 60 to 69.

Vendors must advise details of their generator and power requirements at the time of booking.

Generators will be subject to inspection by the festival electrician.

GreazeFest reserves the right to shut down any generators that are deemed unsafe or unsuitable for the conditions.

Products:

All brand name products must be legally licensed for sale by the vendor.

Vendors are not permitted to sell, display or promote items that are offensive or that endorse racism, religious intolerance, hatred, gore or violence.

The GreazeFest reserves the right to remove any item which may be considered offensive.

The GreazeFest reserves the right to refuse any vendor application which it deems unsuitable for the festival.

Food & Drinks:

These conditons do not apply for food and drink vendors. There are no food or drink openings at GreazeFest.

Insurance:

All vendors must provide evidence of public liability insurance to $10,000,000 when booking their stall.

Only vendors with insurance are permitted to book a site.

When sending your insurance details, make sure it details the period of insurance, the sum insured and your business name. Please do not send your premium notice.
