The GreazeFest Market date is Sunday August 1, 2010 from 9am to 5pm.

All sites are now booked out. Vendors who have sites on hold, or balance payments to make, please complete these asap.

If you have missed out on a site, please email gf@robot.com.au to go on the waiting list, in case of cancelations.

New Venue:

Rocklea Showground, corner Ipswich Road Service Road and Goburra St, Rocklea

Rocklea Showground is the new home of the GreazeFest Hot Rod Show. The showground is situated just 11km south of Brisbane city.

The new site has many features to make it better than previous years, including:

- easy site access for vehicles
- plenty of room for show vehicles and attractions
- off-site parking for general public vehicles
- two music zones and dance areas - one for live bands; one for djs and presentations

Sites Available:

A. Open air site: size 3.5 metres x 3 metres. BYO shade system $95

All open air sites are now booked out. If you have sent in your application, please make your deposit or payment immediately, to confirm your site.

B. Marquee site: size 3 metres x 3 metres, 3 walls and open front $255.

All prices include GST.

All market sites are on a grass surface. Tent pegs are ok.

Food Vendors - booked out

Food vendors are only booked by prior arrangement.

None of the following conditions apply for food vendors.

Trestle Tables:

Trestle table size 240cm x 75cm and can be hired for $20 each including GST.

Tables will be available for collection at the start of the market day.

Tables must be returned at the end of the day to the storage area.

Trestles must be ordered and paid for in advance. No spare trestles will be available on the day.

Trading Hours:

One day trading only - Sunday August 1, 2010.

Hours from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Set up from 6.00am

Vendors who hire 'B - Marquee Sites' please understand these marquees will be removed after the close of the show. Vendors must be ready to vacate their site immediately after 5.00pm.

Vehicles:

Each open air site includes a parking space for one standard motor vehicle directly behind site. Any additional vehicles must be removed from site after unloading.

If you are driving a pre-1970 car that is appropriate for the hot rod show, you may park your car in the hot rod display area.

You must keep your vehicle stationary between 9am and 4pm.

Vendors with trucks are recommended to book two sites.

You must not stop or park in driveways or gates causing access to be blocked. You must not block the ring road with your vehicle.

Vendors are not permitted to camp on site overnight. If you require access prior to the market date, please email GreazeFest to discuss: gf@robot.com.au

Permitted products:

All brand name products must be legally licensed for sale by the vendor.

Vendors are not permitted to sell, display or promote items that are offensive or that endorse racism, religious intolerance, hatred or violence. The GreazeFest retains the right to remove any item which may be considered offensive.

Insurance:

All vendors must provide evidence of public liability insurance to $10,000,000 when booking their stall. Only vendors with insurance are permitted to book a site.

Tickets:

Vendor prices include entry to the Hot Rod Show for two people per single site.

Animals:

Strictly no animals are permitted on site.

___________________________________________________________________________

Environment:

Vendors must remove all rubbish from their site and leave the site in it's original condition.

Electricity:

Power is not available to sites. Vendors may bring a small generator by prior arrangement. Please email gf@robot.com.au.

Site booking instructions:

1. Decide on your site - first and second choice.

2. Enter your details into the Online Booking Form and click 'Submit'.

3. Send in your deposit or full payment, either via the Payment Page or cheque / money order.

4. Email a copy of your insurance cover to gf@robot.com.au or post to PO Box 122 Annerley Q 4103

5. Await your GreazeFest Market stall confirmation, sent to you in the post.
