Title:

Art Show Assistant
Summary: We require two people to organise and manage the creation of the Low Brow Art Show. This position requires an early morning start on Sunday (7am). You will be required to erect the hanging system inside the art tent. You will be required to work with artists to hang their exhibits.
Hours:

Two shifts:
Sunday August - 7am to 12noon
Sunday August - 12noon to 5pm

Skills & Character:

Energetic, quick-thinking and fit and a fast mover. Able to move tables. Mobile phone essential. Mature, friendly, patient, flexible. Age 18+.

GreazeFest Receptionists
Summary: We require front door and front gate receptionists to welcome and direct patrons as they attend the festival. You will be responsible for receiving entry fees and / or tickets and will work closely with our security team.
Hours: Friday - 6pm to midnight     
Saturday - 6pm to midnight  
Sunday - 7am to 12noon / 12noon to 5pm

Skills & Character:

Must be able to think, write, talk and do basic maths.
Mature, friendly, patient, flexible.
Friday and Saturday - 18 years or older
Sunday - 16 years or older

Title:

GreazeFest Merchandise Stall 
Summary: The GreazeFest produces a range of merchandise that reflects the image of the festival and is geared for the kustom kulture fan. The GreazeFest stall operates for the duration of the weekend. We require friendly and efficient people to assist customers with their purchases. You will be responsible for the presentation of the stall, monitoring stock levels, processing payments, balancing the till and ensuring the customers receive quality service.
Hours: Friday - 6pm to midnight
Saturday - 6pm to midnight
Sunday - 7am to 12noon / 12noon to 5pm

Skills & Character:

Retail sales experience preferred. Must be able to think, write, talk and do basic maths. Mature, friendly, patient, flexible.
Friday and Saturday - 18 years or older
Sunday - 16 years or older

Title:

Hot Rod Show Marshalls
Summary: The GreazeFest Hot Rod Show attracts over 300 vehicles, which remain on display throughout the day on Sunday. As the cars enter the show, the driver registers his / her details with the marshall, pays the entry fee and is directed to the display area. GreazeFest requires energetic and switched on people to join our team of Show Marshalls. 
Hours: Sunday  Shifts:
 7am to 12noon
 12noon to 5pm

Skills & Character:

Must be able to think, write, talk and do basic maths on your feet.
Mature, friendly, patient, flexible.
18 years or older

Title:

Personal Assistant / Team Coordinator
Summary: The GreazeFest is created and produced by Lori Lee of Robot International. Lori Lee requires a special person to assist with the running of the weekend. Your duties will include handling staff, patrons and musicians, running errands, carrying boxes, assembling the auditorium space, moving tables and chairs, setting up stalls and most of all, ensuring the GreazeFest patrons are happy.  This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic person to actively participate in the running of an event of this size.
Hours: Friday - 5pm to midnight
Saturday - 5pm to midnight
Sunday - 7am to 7pm

Skills & Character:

Mobile phone and current driver's license essential. Must be over 18 years of age.  Well presented, energetic, friendly, quick-thinking, fit and fast mover. Able to lift heavy boxes. Events or marketing background preferred.

Title:

GreazeFest Stage Manager
Summary: The Stage Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the entertainment throughout the GreazeFest weekend. Working closely with our production team and festival director, you will ensure all stage equipment is ready and working, you will assist with moving backline, you will keep an eye on all performances to ensure all emergencies are dealt with immediately, you will chase up musicians who are too busy at the bar to notice that their playing time is five minutes away, you will keep an ear on the sound quality and sound levels. 
Hours: Friday - 7pm to 1am
Saturday - 3pm to 1am
Sunday - 8am to 9pm
Must be 18 years or older

Skills & Character:

Mobile phone and current driver's license essential. Must be able to lift heavy equipment. Energetic, quick-thinking, fit and a fast mover. Stage management background essential.
