What cars are permitted into the Hot Rod Show?

The show is open to pre-1965 iron, including hot rods, kustoms, daily drivers, rats, led sleds, stockers, vintage bikes, bobbers, lowrider cycles and all types of fins and chrome.

Is the Hot Rod Show sanctioned?

The GreazeFest Hot Rod Show and the Street Cruise both have A.S.R.F. 'Travel Permits', which means that all ASRF class vehicles can travel to these events. If you are an ASRF hot rodder, you'll know what this means to you.

Do I have to pre-register my vehicle?

Registration conditions are currently being reviewed for the 2010 show.

Is there a cost for entering my vehicle?

Is there a car show on Saturday?

No. The car show event is on Sunday August 1.

What is the Kitten Katwalk?

The Kitten Katwalk is an opportunity for audience members to be part of a visual spectacular showing the diverse range of kustom kulture looks.

Simply be at GreazeFest on Friday night to register for the parade. Over 18s only.

What happens if it rains?

In the rare event of rain - it is always sunny for GreazeFest weekend - but in case you were wondering, all events still go ahead.

How do I enter in the Low Brow Art Show?

It's easy. You can be part of the art show by displaying your latest creation, be it pinstriped, carved, pined up, automotive or tattoo inspired. Your art can be at garage standard or art studio standard. It’s up to you. Simply bring up to three pieces (fewer if they are oversized) in a ready to hang condition, to GreazeFest on Sunday at 9am. We'll have GreazeForce members there to hang your artwork and we'll have display cards for you to complete.

Can my kids come to GreazeFest?

Friday and Saturday nights are 18s only. 

Sunday hot rod show is an 'all-ages' day.

The area containing the hot rod show and the music stage and dance floor is unlicensed, so under-18s can hang out wherever they like.

The licensed area is for over-18s only, unless in the direct company of a parent or guardian.

Can I reserve a table?

No.

Will tickets sell out?

Yes. The Friday night and Saturday nights have limited numbers and always sell out.

The Hot Rod Show on Sunday will not sell out, but we suggest to get your tickets in advance to receive the discount.

How do I pay for tickets?

Is there camping on site?

No. The local council forbids camping on the grounds.

Why didn't my band play at GreazeFest?

The weekend entertainment schedule is tight and not everyone gets to play at GreazeFest. We simply can't fit all the bands in. All bands that submit an application form will be contacted if they are successful or not.
